This is meant to be at the signing of the Utrcht treaties in 1713 (you can pick which one, there were loads.) They’re just having a nice chat before going in to actually sign the documents.

England can’t resist being a sore winner, Port doesn’t think she got enough out of the treaty, Spain and France aren’t too happy with England and Ned would like everyone to leave his house already uwu

Prussia’s late and Savoy is Italy’s chest knew better than to stand near England and France.

I looked at paintings of the courts of the respective countries to have an idea of what they could have worn, but don’t think this is historically accurate, it’s most likely not.
